The Board Housewife has teamed up with Evan from The Fight For Tomorrow Academy to offer an empowering & unique experience. Join us on Saturday, April 12th at 11am at The Fight For Tomorrow Academy for a 90 minute self defense seminar. Evan will teach you practical, simple techniques that can boost your confidence and give you the tools you need to feel empowered in any situation. With hands-on practice and easy-to-follow guidance, you’ll leave feeling more prepared, capable, and ready to protect yourself with confidence. Perfect for women of all fitness and experience levels.

Following the seminar, enjoy a mini Board Housewife charcuterie board and wine from local, woman-owned Knox Vineyards while you relax and mingle with friends old and new.
