The Board Housewife is thrilled to welcome Integrative and Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Houser, to the Coterie Commons for an empowering discussion on An Integrative Approach to Menopause.

This event is designed for women navigating the transition into menopause, offering supportive, expert-driven insight. Lauren will explore how conventional medicine can be combined with holistic practices like nutrition, movement, stress management, and mindset work. You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body and how to support your well-being through this stage with confidence and care.

Our Expert:
Lauren Houser is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, including 10+ years dedicated exclusively to integrative and functional medicine. She is a graduate of the prestigious University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine fellowship under Dr. Andrew Weil. She was a scholarship recipient and one of only a handful of nurse practitioners in this highly respected fellowship program. She is an active member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and has participated in advanced functional medicine training.
Lauren is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), specializing in hormonal health, infertility, thyroid support, and digestive conditions such as SIBO. Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, Lauren blends the best of conventional and holistic care to educate, empower, and support her patients on their journey to true wellness.
