You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body and how to support your well-being through this stage with confidence and care. \nSnacks will be provided by The Board Housewife. \n\nOur Expert: \nLauren Houser is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience\, including 10+ years dedicated exclusively to integrative and functional medicine. She is a graduate of the prestigious University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine fellowship under Dr. Andrew Weil. She was a scholarship recipient and one of  only a handful of nurse practitioners in this highly respected fellowship program. She is an active member of the Institute of Functional Medicine and has participated in advanced functional medicine training. \nLauren is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP)\, specializing in hormonal health\, infertility\, thyroid support\, and digestive conditions such as SIBO.
